Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet Zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
a. Click Custom Level.
b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.
The International Congress on Academic Medicine Exhibitor Registration
The 2023 International Conference on Academic Medicine will be delivered in person in Québec City, Canada hosting asynchronous and synchronous sessions between April 13, 2023, and April 18, 2023.

If you are not feeling well, we will miss you – but ask that you please stay home to reduce the risk to others. ICAM will follow the health and safety guidelines set by the Quebec government at the time of the congress.
Harassment Policy ICAM is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for all meeting participants and expects all meeting participants to treat other participants with respect and behave with the high degree of integrity expected of the medical profession. ICAM does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form and will review and respond to reports of harassment. If you see or experience harassment and you want to report the behaviour, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or any member of the ICAM meeting staff in person.
Consent to Use Photographic Images Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ICAM meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ICAM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its
control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for
the purposes of registration for the event.
When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card
payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with
this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected,
to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for
which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the
right to change it at any time.
ICAM Registration Cancellation
Exhibitors: Requests for cancellations can be submitted in writing to email@example.com before January 13, 2023 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will apply for cancellations received after that date.
In the event of the conference pivoting to only virtual, no refund will be given. Exhibitors will be able to access the virtual Exhibitors platform and have several branding opportunities.
Sponsorship: No refund will be given.
Cancellation by ICAM and Virtual Environmental Changes ICAM’s programs are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any event or the conference, or switch to a virtual conference or event format, at any time without prior notice.
In the event we cancel the conference or any program or event at the conference, or if we change the date or the format of the conference or any program or event at the conference to a virtual format, ICAM will notify Exhibitors and Sponsors as soon as reasonably practicable.
If we cancel the onsite portion of conference, or cancel certain events sponsored or move the event to completely virtual by the Exhibitor/Sponsor, the ICAM will discuss with Exhibitor/Sponsor either to transfer the exhibitor value to a virtual platform implementing the Virtual Exhibitor Outline.
Further, ICAM cannot guarantee any specific attendee numbers in our conferences, sessions, or sponsored events, and Exhibitor/Sponsor will not be entitled to any refund as a result of any reduced attendance. ICAM shall in no event have any liability to Exhibitor and shall have no other obligation to Exhibitor of any type except as expressly stated in these Policies.
Force Majeure ICAM shall have no liability whatsoever if any of our events or programs are delayed, changed, or cancelled at any time due to strikes, lockouts, accidents, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, healthcare crisis, epidemics and pandemics as a result of viral or bacterial illnesses, forced shut-downs, emergencies, war, riots, terrorist attacks, any actions constituting a “force majeure,” or any other causes or delays beyond ICAM’s reasonable control, whether similar to or different from the causes above enumerated.
