Official Dinner Itinerary : Dinner tickets are included in your name badge. If you cannot attend, please return your ticket to the Registration Desk so we may offer it to another participant.

Interpretation & Translation

We will be using Wordly AI Interpretation & Translation in some of the meetings. If you plan to listen to the audio interpretation, be sure to bring your headphones.

Coffee breaks and lunch

Meals during the meetings are buffet-style. Please ask the service staff onsite if you have any concerns or questions.

…but I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?
All dietary concerns have been communicated to the hotel, and we've requested that all food items be clearly labeled. However, should you have a life-threatening allergy, please talk with a service staff member before helping yourself to the buffet. There will be options for everyone, you may simply need to enquire.

Meeting Protocol

• • Where should I sit in the meeting room? : Committee members are seated at the meeting table (the “U”), while observers sit in the side chairs. (Unless invited to the table by the Chair). Observer seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
