Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

CanREA 2024 Golf Tournament 
Hole-in-One Terms and Conditions 

CanREA is pleased to offer a $10,000 prize for the person who gets a hole-in-one at the designated hole, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. 1In all cases, the Rules of Golf, as written by the Royal Canadian Golf Association (RCGA), shall apply.
  2. All equipment must confirm to the rules of golf as determined by the RCGA. This includes but is not limited to, the flagstick, hole, golf club, and golf ball.
  3. Professional golfers and golf club pros are not eligible for a Hole-in-One claim.
  4. The Participant must finish the entire round of golf and complete the score card.
  5. The Participant must be part of a group made up of no less than three players per hole and no more than four players per hole. Each golfer is limited to one attempt at the Hole-in-One.
  6. 6. The following are not eligible for a Hole-in-One claim:
    1. Mulligans are not eligible for a Hole-in-One claim;
    2. A ball hit out of bounds and replayed is not eligible for a Hole-in-One claim. This would constitute a hole-in-three;
    3. Participants who take more than one attempt, regardless of the outcome of the shot, are not eligible for a Hole-in-One claim. A Participant who is ‘rounding out’ a group by taking an extra shot for the team is only eligible on their first shot.
