Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Credit – Visa or MasterCard accepted
Cheque – Payable to the University Health Network. This option will only be available until September 4, 2025.

Cheque payments are due 2 weeks following registration and 1 month prior to the event.

The online registration system will close at 4:00 PM EST on October 10, 2025. Space permitting, onsite registration will be available at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre starting at 3:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences Services conferences@uhn.ca. Cancellations made by September 4, 2025 will result in a full refund less a $200 administration costs ($75 for students). As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person until October 2, 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. Conference Services must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. No refunds will be issued after September 4, 2025. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference. We do not issue letters of invitation to international delegates. Administrative fees will apply to cancelled registrations.
