D.E. Systems' myConferenceSuite Registration System is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by myConferenceSuite will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.

When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.

We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.

The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.

I consent and agree to allow the Coordinated Accessible National (CAN) Health Network, its staff and authorized agents to take and use my name, any photographs, video or sound recordings, or other audio and visual reproductions of or including me, and any comments made by me (all together, "Material").

I understand and agree to be interviewed, photographed and/or recorded (audio and/or video) by a representative of the CAN Health Network and/or hired media service teams.

The CAN Health Network may use, publish and otherwise deal with the Material without compensation to me for the following purposes, in print and/or online:

1. Social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
2. Media (Print, web, podcast, television)
3. Advertising and promotion (print, web, direct mail)

On behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators and executors, I hereby release the CAN Health Network and its officers, trustees, employees, professional staff, agents, successors and assigns from all actions, claims and demands arising from the above consent and the collection, use, disclosure, retention and destruction of the image or recording as described above.
