FAQ

It is scheduled in a similar way to an in-person event, with up to 5 concurrent sessions happening at once. All sessions will be broadcast live, most with a live Q&A period following the presentation. In some cases, pre-recorded content will be mixed within the live content. Once you join your session, you will be able to ask questions, chat with other audience members, as well as participate in live polling.
You will be able to network with other attendees through chat features and you can even create group chats, share your contact information with others and view their profiles. Engage with sponsors via their virtual booth pages. Throughout the conference there will also be a virtual networking lounge where you can sign in to meet with colleagues via video chat.
You will also be able to participate in our Celebration of Excellence awards ceremony, held over lunch on May 15th as well as our Annual General Meeting held over lunch on May 16th.
Finally, there will be a virtual silent auction in support of the CAMRT Foundation running throughout the event with tons of great auction items to be won, including headphones, Amazon Echos, Google Nest, a smart watch and much more!
Yes, please email events@camrt.ca to inquire.
Yes, the majority of the sessions will be available on-demand, pending speaker approval. It will be noted in each session description closer to the conference if it will be available on demand and if the on-demand version will have credits attached to it and will be available for viewing anytime during the 12 months following the conference. This way you can plan accordingly. All on-demand sessions will be available for no additional cost to attendees who purchased a full conference pass. Otherwise, there will be a small fee to access them.
Most live sessions will have Category A credits assigned to them, but in order to receive your credit, you must be signed into the live session and engaged for its entirety.
Most live sessions will have Category A credits assigned to them, but in order to receive your credit, you must be signed into the live session and engaged for its entirety.
Most sessions will also be available on-demand following the conference and most will have credits assigned to them. To receive credit for viewing an on-demand session (post-conference), you will have to successfully complete a quiz associated with the session. It will be noted in each session description if it will be available on-demand and if credits will be associated with it.
If you attend the full conference virtually you can receive up to 12 Category A Credits from the live sessions alone. Note, you must be signed into the live session and engaged for its entirety to receive the credit.
Earn even more credits by viewing sessions on-demand after the conference! Because you won’t be able to attend all sessions live (there will be up to 5 sessions running concurrently throughout), you can view any missed sessions on-demand after the conference. In total, you could receive enough credits to complete your required credits for the entire year!

Eastern Daylight Time – Ottawa (UTC/GMT -5 hours). Our schedule is still being reviewed but it is our intention to start the day(s) slightly later than we typically would to accommodate our members on the West Coast. It is likely we will begin around 9am or 9:30am each day, rather than 8:00am.
Our CAMRT 2021 Conference program is now full! However, we are always looking to add new speakers to our database for future opportunities. If you are interested, please complete the following form.
