Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

*Group Rate: Minimum 3 registrants must register at the same time using the Register Another button to qualify for the group rate. Payment for all 3 or more registrants must be done at the same time during the payment process.

Cheque* – Payable to the University Health Network.  The cheque option will be available until September 25, 2026. All cheque payments must be received within two weeks of online registration.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus an administration fee of $75.00, will be issued for cancellations received via email to Conference Services conferences@uhn.ca on or before September 25, 2026. No refunds will be issued after September 25, 2026. Refunds will not be granted to guests who do not attend the conference.

Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted until October 16, 2026 by contacting conferences@uhn.ca. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.

In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or canceled by the organizers (including due to Force Majeure conditions), registrants will receive a 100% refund of their paid registration fees. The organizers are not responsible for any personal travel, accommodation, or other logistical costs incurred by the registrant.
