Refunds and Cancellation Policy
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance requiring the cancellation of an event, the Canadian Ferry Association will apply payments made towards the alternative postponed date. For requests to proceed with a refund, a written notice should be provided to events@canadianferry.ca. A processing fee of 20% will be applied to any refund. Refunds are to be processed to the credit card or through EFT.
Refund Policy
- 6 months before the event or earlier: 100% refund minus a 20% processing fee
- 3 months before the event: 65% refund minus a 20% processing fee
- 2 months before the event: no refund*
*Discretionary circumstances will be considered.

Visa Policy
Please note, the Canadian Ferry Association does not petition or provide support with any visa applications for sponsors, exhibitors or registrants to attend.
