Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Dietary Restrictions

Although we will make every effort to work with the caterer to accommodate the various requests, including dietary requirements and food allergies, please be advised that food may come in contact with items containing allergens, and there is always a risk of contamination or cross contamination. The potential does exist that venue catering may change their preparation or manner of processing without our knowledge. Delegates with concerns need to be aware of these risks. Until October 2nd, when the special group rate expires, residents and fellows from Hamilton, London or Ottawa have the option to add a hotel guestroom for the evening of Thursday November 12th to their online registration. Residents and fellows that sign in at the registration desk as proof of attendance will be reimbursed for the cost post event. Rooms can only be reimbursed if you add it to your online registration. If you book with the hotel directly, we cannot reimburse you.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a 25% administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via e-mail to conferences@uhn.ca on or before October 2nd, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to registrants who do not attend the conference or for cancellations to the preconference. Refunds will not be issued for the Pre-Conference.
