Firefox

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

*All Residents and Fellows must provide documentation (copy of student ID or hospital photo ID) to conferences@uhn.ca to qualify for the discounted rate. Registration fees for Residents and Fellows will be reimbursed in full following the event with proof of attendance.

Registration for the pre-conference includes a three course meal, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically).

Registration for the main conference includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunch, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically).

Please note, if you have indicated that you have a requirement (dietary/accessibility etc.) we will do our best to accommodate this request; however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual if required. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

RESIDENTS AND FELLOWS

Registration fees will be reimbursed in full for residents and fellows following the event with proof of status (e.g. student or hospital ID) and proof of attendance (onsite sign-in at registration required).

Residents and fellows from Hamilton, London or Ottawa have the option to add a hotel room to their online registration.  You must add your hotel room to your online registration to be reimbursed.  You will receive a hotel confirmation number from UHN Conference Services prior to the event to confirm your guestroom.  If you book with the hotel directly, we will not be able to reimburse you.  Hotel fees will be reimbursed in full following the event with proof of status and proof of attendance.  This offer is available until the special group rate expires on October 7th, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund, minus a 25% administration fee, will be issued for cancellations for the Main Conference received via email on or before October 11, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.  Refunds will not be granted for the Pre-Conference event.

Refunds will not be granted to registrants who do not attend the conference or for cancellations to the preconference.  Refunds will not be issued for the Pre-Conference.
