EXHIBITORS: PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. ALL THE CONDITIONS SPECIFIED WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
10 X 10 Full Size Booth
- MAXIMUM display height is ten (10) feet for booth displays
- Pipe and drape only. Carpeting, furnishing and electricity can be ordered at exhibitor expense.
- Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles
- Upon confirmation booth exhibitors requiring electricity, furnishings or signage will receive appropriate order forms
- Responsibility of the exhibitor
- Number of people per full size booth: Three (3) maximum unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge
- Exhibitor full size booth registration includes three (3) breakfast and lunch keynote presentation exhibitor registrations unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge.
6 X 6 Mini Booth Booth
- MAXIMUM display height is ten (10) feet for mini- booth displays
- Pipe and drape only. Carpeting, furnishing and electricity can be ordered at Exhibitor expense.
- Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles
- Upon confirmation booth exhibitors requiring electricity, furnishings or signage will receive appropriate order forms
- Number of people per mini-booth display: Two (2) maximum unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge
- Exhibitor mini booth registration includes two (2) breakfast and lunch keynote presentation exhibitor registrations unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge.
Table Top Displays
- MAXIMUM display height is five (5) feet (from the table) for table top displays. The table must be used and NOT removed
- Each display site has a six (6) foot x 30" draped table & eight (8) foot draped backwall. No electricity
- Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles
- Upon confirmation booth exhibitors requiring electricity, furnishings or signage will receive appropriate order forms
- Number of people per table top display: Two (2) maximum
- Exhibitor table top registration includes two (2) breakfast and lunch keynote presentation exhibitor registrations.

EXHIBITOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
All shipped material and material handling MUST be coordinated through Freeman. Appropriate forms will be provided to all exhibitors. The cost for all these services is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitor insurance
The show organizer is only responsible for the common areas outside of the Exhibitors booth, it is the responsibility of each and every exhibitor to arrange their own coverage.
Cancellation Policy
From date of space assignment to 30 days prior to event (1 January), 50% refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be applied. CSAE O-G reserves the right to relocate, prohibit of evict your display and participation if exhibits/exhibitors do not meet the above requirements. In the event of such restriction or eviction, the CSAE O-G is not liable for any refunds of rentals or other exhibit expenses. Companies receiving such notice will not be eligible to exhibit at future Tête-à-Tête tradeshows.
