This workshop will help you strengthen your customer service skills within the housing co-op sector. You’ll explore how co-operative values can be applied in day-to-day interactions to build positive, respectful, and effective relationships with members, applicants, and community partners. Through interactive discussions, short activities, and practical examples, participants will learn how to identify different types of customers, manage expectations, and communicate clearly and inclusively. The workshop will also address accessibility, trust-building, and practical tools that can be applied immediately to improve both individual and organizational customer service practices.

This course will be offered at the Annual Meeting on June 9th and 10th with virtual sessions to follow on June 19th and 26th
