The role of the property manager is to be an informed professional, capable of being the bridge between property owners and those involved in supporting property ownership such as banks, service managers, auditors and financial analysts. To be able to accomplish this goal requires the development of financial skills and the professional judgement to apply these skills in specific situations. The goal of this course is to provide you with knowledge on basic financial functions, understanding financial statements, audits, budgets, day-to-day operations and the expected results.

This course will be offered at the Annual Meeting on June 11th and 12th with virtual sessions ahead of time on May 8th, 15th and 22nd.
