One challenge in any co-op dispute or disagreement is getting past our own assumptions about the other person and our feelings.  It can be hard to feel confident that our own needs and concerns are heard in ways that support effective dialogue and open a path to negotiating an acceptable outcome.    This workshop will focus on building participants’ skills in reframing disagreements, getting themselves heard and acknowledged, and negotiating mutually satisfactory outcomes.
