This introductory workshop offers a warm and engaging introduction to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB). Together, we’ll explore how our identities and experiences shape the way we see and interact with others. Through reflection, conversation, and real-life examples, participants will begin to recognize unconscious biases and discover ways to build more inclusive, respectful, and connected co-op communities. The session invites curiosity and awareness, empowering each person to play a role in creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and has a true sense of belonging.
