Co-op members who manifest problem behaviours are sometimes avoided or excluded. This workshop will focus on some particularly difficult behaviours such as bullying, narcissistic behaviour, and sustained hostility or animosity. What are the benefits of including people whose behaviour can be disruptive, challenging or hostile? How do we manage ourselves and our own trigger points while working productively with members who we find challenging? This workshop will provide some ideas and approaches for creating and sustaining an inclusive environment when conflicts and disputes arise in your co-op.
