Description:

This workshop will focus on building self-awareness and basic communication skills as the foundation for effective engagement with a broad range of “difficult behaviours”. We will consider a toolbox of skills and then provide opportunities for participants to practise defusing, de-escalating and negotiating techniques. There will be lots of practice, so bring your own examples and scenarios.
