This workshop explores how co-op housing providers (board members, staff, and managers) can build effective partnerships with social agencies to strengthen member well-being and long-term housing stability. Housing Alternatives will share a practical framework and best practices for fostering successful collaborations. Participants will learn how strategic partnerships can enhance quality of life, reduce turnover and crises, and support vulnerable members through models that align with co-op values and help create resilient, thriving communities.
