Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

Please review the floor plan below and select your exhibit space. Any spaces listed in purple are still available. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibit Guidelines
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 10′ x 8′ space: pipe and draped space. The room is already carpeted. Two (2) full conference passes (per 10' x 8' space) are included. Additional passes can be purchased through the main summit registration system. Badge sharing amongst exhibit staff is prohibited. All exhibit details/logistics will be sent in a later email.

Please note that power, tables, chairs, etc. are all not included and must be purchased by the preferred vendor.

Set-Up Time: Tuesday, April 9, 4pm to 6 pm and Wednesday, April 10, 7 am to 8 am

Dismantle Time: Thursday, April 11, 4 pm to 6 pm. Please do not dismantle before 4 pm.

Shipping
No drayage included – all shipping is to be sent to GES for delivery to your booth – charges will apply. See exhibitor kit for full details. Materials and displays may be carried in during setup and must be removed by the exhibitor during tear down. If you are staying as a guest at the Hyatt Regency (event host hotel), you are permitted to have your materials shipped to your hotel room as a guest of the hotel. You will be responsible for picking up your items and bringing them to your booth.

The exhibitor is responsible for all setup and dismantling of their space.
