Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Ms. Chantal Richer by email at bureau@acpi.ca If you cancel your registration before September 22, 2024, ACPI will refund the registration fee, less a 20% administrative fee. Any cancellations made after this date will not be refunded unless there are aggravating circumstances supported by official documentation. If a registered delegate does not attend the conference and fails to cancel, he/she will not be entitled to a refund unless there are aggravating circumstances supported by official documentation.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. Please follow the instructions on the next page to make your payment online. Your pre-conference registration includes breakfast, lunch and two (2) health breaks; your conference registration includes breakfast, lunch and two (2) health breaks on Friday nov. 8, 2024 and one (1) breakfast and one (1) health break on Saturday Nov. 9, 2024.

Program changes, workshop cancellations, and delegate substitution
Please note that speakers and presenters were confirmed at the time of publication. However, circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers may result in substitutions or cancellations of speakers or workshops. Therefore, the event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the list of speakers, workshops or program if necessary. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list or conference program and to cancel workshops or events if registration criteria are not met or if events beyond their control occur. Every effort will be made to contact each participant in the event that a workshop is cancelled or changed. Neither ACPI nor the Delta Regina Hotel will assume any responsibility in the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to Force Majeure, Act of God, unforeseeable circumstances or any other event that makes the conference impractical or impossible.

You may substitute one delegate at any time; however, you may not include two or more people on the same registration. Please contact the ACPI office at bureau@acpi.ca or 613-230-9111 for any substitutions.

Privacy Policy
Information Collected - When you register, we collect the following information about you: name, name of organization you represent, title, address, telephone number, email address, specific requirements (food allergies or special accessibility needs). Reason for Data Collection - ACPI uses your information to 1) organize the event and communicate with you about the 2024 national Conference. We may use this information to inform you of other products and services that may be of interest to you.

If a registered exhibitor does not attend the conference and fails to cancel, he/she will not be entitled to a refund unless there are aggravating circumstances supported by official documentation.

Payment

Your registration for the Exhibitor Tradeshow at the conference includes Friday's breakfast and lunch, Saturday's lunch and all the conference’s health breaks. Your exhibitor space will be equipped with:

• 1 6-foot table
• 2 chairs
• Access to electricity
• 1 wastebasket
