Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to bureau@acpi.ca. If you cancel your registration before October21, 2021, ACPI will refund the registration fee less a 15% administration charge. If you cancel your registration after this date, or if you do not cancel but fail to attend the conference, no refund will be provided unless you can provide documented proof of aggravating circumstances. You will also still have to pay the registration fee if you have not yet done so.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. Please follow the instructions on the next page to make your payment online. The full program conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and health breaks. The conference program includes breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday and health breaks. The virtual conference includes access to the conference portal until December 19, 2021, 11:59 pm.

Membership
By registering for the 2021 ACPI Conference, all non-members receive a one (1) year A+ membership in the association. After the conference, an email will be sent out to all new members to complete their membership enrollment and access the ACPI Member Area.

Program changes, workshop cancellations, and delegate substitution
Please note that speakers and facilitators were confirmed at the time of posting. However, circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers may result in substitutions or cancellations of speakers or workshops. Therefore, event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list, workshops, or program if necessary. Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list or conference program and to cancel workshops or events if registration criteria are not met or if events beyond their control occur. We will make every effort to contact each participant in the event that a workshop is cancelled or modified. Neither ACPI, nor Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel will assume any liability in the event that this convention is cancelled or postponed as a result of an event of force majeure, an Act of God, unforeseeable circumstances, or any other event making the holding of this convention impracticable or impossible.

You may substitute one delegate at any time; however, you may not include two or more persons on the same registration. Please contact the ACPI office at bureau@acpi.ca or 613-230-9111 for any substitutions.

Special Clause : COVID-19
Due to the ongoing global SARS-CoV pandemic, ACPI will adhere to Alberta and Canadia's health measures throughout the planning and delivery of its conference. In the event that the provincial and federal sanitary measure in effect prevent inter-provincial travel and indoor gatherings, the entire conference will be presented virtually*. As far as possible, the entire program will be integrated into the virtual conference platform. ACPI will offer a partial refund to attendees who have registered for the in-person conference of the difference between the in-person conference price and the virtual conference price.

Please note that the workshops presented in the virtual conference stream will be available to attendees for two weeks following the conference, between December 5, 2021 12:00 AM and December 19, 2021 11:59 PM.

Information Collected - When you register we collect the following information about you: name, name of organization you represent, title, address, telephone number, email address, specific requirements (food allergies or special accessibility needs).

Reason for Data Collection - CAIP uses your information to 1) organize the event and communicate with you about it. We may use the information to inform you of other products and services that may be of interest to you.
