Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to bureau@acpi.ca. If you cancel your registration before September 27, 2019, ACPI will refund the registration fee less a 15% administration charge. If you cancel your registration after this date, or if you do not cancel but fail to attend the conference, no refund will be provided unless you can provide documented proof of aggravating circumstances. You will also still have to pay the registration fee if you have not yet done so.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. Please follow the instructions on the next page to make your payment online. Your preconference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and a health break; your conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and health breaks. The full registration fee paid without a discount and without a promotional code includes a one-year membership in ACPI. Students receive a one-year electronic membership and must show proof of full-time studies.

Program changes, workshop cancellations, and delegate substitution
Please note that speakers and facilitators were confirmed at the time of posting. However, circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers may result in substitutions or cancellations of speakers or workshops. Therefore, event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list, workshops, or program if necessary. Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the speaker list or conference program and to cancel workshops or events if registration criteria are not met or if events beyond their control occur. We will make every effort to contact each participant in the event that a workshop is cancelled or modified. Neither CAIP, Quebec City Convention Centre nor Le Concorde will assume any liability in the event that this convention is cancelled or postponed as a result of an event of force majeure, an Act of God, unforeseeable circumstances, or any other event making the holding of this convention impracticable or impossible.

You may substitute one delegate at any time; however, you may not include two or more persons on the same registration. Please contact the ACPI office at bureau@acpi.ca or 613-230-9111 for any substitutions.

Privacy Policy
Information Collected – When you register, we collect the following information about you: name, name of organization you represent, title, address, telephone number, email address, specific requirements (food allergies or special accessibility needs).

Reason for Data Collection - CAIP uses your information to 1) organize the event and communicate with you about it and/or 2) welcome you as a member of ACPI. Your membership includes a subscription to Journal de l'immersion (published three times a year) as well as our online newsletter. We will not share your membership information with third parties. We may use the information to inform you of other products and services that may be of interest to you.

Photos and Videos – Staff and volunteers will take pictures and videos of activities and participants at the conference. By accepting these terms, you agree to permit ACPI to use these pictures and videos for promotional or informational purposes. If you refuse us permission to use pictures and/or videos of you, please write to us at bureau@acpi.ca.
