1. EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY
The information required to compile the Exhibitors directory will be furnished by the Exhibitor, in the extent of its responsibility thereof, in the time frame specified by the Management. The Management will in no case be held responsible for omissions, errors of typesetting, reproduction or other that might occur. The Management may refuse any addition or modification of wording which is not in accordance with the general guidelines or that which may cause prejudice to other exhibitors or to the Event itself.
2. ADVERTISING MATERIAL
Canvassing or distributing of advertising material by non-exhibiting commercial companies is strictly prohibited. Exhibitor advertising will not be permitted outside of the exhibitor’s assigned space.
3. DEMONSTRATIONS
Exhibitor demonstrations should not interfere with normal traffic flow nor infringe on neighboring exhibits. No demonstrations will be permitted outside of the exhibitor’s assigned space.
4. FACILITY REGULATIONS
Exhibitors are required to abide by all facility regulations in the design installation, operation and dismantlement of their exhibit stands. A complete description of electrical, fire, labor and property regulations will be listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
5. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION
Exhibitors wishing to dispense or serve any food or beverage from assigned exhibit space must notify Maestro Culinaire services – exclusive provider at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Further information will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual.
6. LIABILITY
The Exhibitor agrees to hold the Management non-liable from any obligation in respect of damages, claims, judgments and legal fees arising out of any damage or loss of property, injury or death relating to the use of the rented space.
7. RELOCATION
The Exhibitor agrees that the Management has the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any booth. A relocation notice shall be given to the Exhibitor.
8. RESTRICTIONS OF EXHIBITS
The organizers reserve the right to; (a) reject for any reason any exhibit application submitted, (b) reject prohibit, restrict or otherwise require modification of any exhibit for any reason, and (c) evict any exhibitor whose exhibit, materials or conduct is determined to be objectionable for any reason. Violation of any employee or agents shall annul the right to occupy space and such exhibitor will forfeit to the secretariat all monies which may have been paid. Upon evidence of violation, the secretariat may enter and take possession of the space occupied by the exhibitor and may remove all person and goods at the exhibitor’s risk. The exhibitor shall pay all expenses and damages which the WTC2026 secretariat may thereby incur.
9. INSURANCE
The Exhibitor shall obtain the necessary insurance coverage against property loss or damage, personal injury and death,
as well as any liability arising therefrom (minimum 2 million dollars). This insurance certificate must cover JPdL International and the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
10. EVENT CANCELLED
If the Event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Management, the Management shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor and shall have no other liability to the Exhibitor than the refund of that portion of the rent actually received.
