Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to Ms. Chantal Richer, Administrative and Financial Coordinator, by email at bureau@acpi.ca. If you cancel your registration on or before March 29th , 2026, ACPI will refund your registration fee in full. If you cancel your registration between March 30th and April 12th, 2026, ACPI will refund the registration fees retaining 25% administrative fees. Cancellations made as of April 13, 2026, will not be refunded.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. Follow the instructions on the next page to make your payment online. The registration for the 2026 Virtual Symposium includes a choice of two live workshops on April 22nd , 2026, as well as the live opening keynote. It also includes access to the Virtual Portal and rebroadcast of all the 8 workshops and opening keynote presented up until August 31, 2026.

Program changes, workshop cancellations, and delegate substitution
Please note that the workshops and conferences were confirmed at the time registration opened. However, circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers may result in the replacement or cancellation of speakers or workshops. Therefore, the event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the list of speakers, workshops, or the program if necessary. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the list of speakers or the Symposium program and to cancel workshops if registration criteria are not met or if events beyond their control occur. ACPI will make every effort to contact each participant in the event of a workshop cancellation or modification. ACPI will not assume any responsibility if the Virtual Symposium is canceled or postponed due to a Force Majeure event, unforeseeable circumstances, or any other event making the holding of this Virtual Symposium impractical or impossible.

You may substitute one delegate at any time; however, you may not include two or more people on the same registration. Please contact the ACPI office at bureau@acpi.ca or 613-230-9111 for any substitutions.

Information Collected - When you register, we collect the following information about you: name, name of organization you work for, your work title, address, telephone number, email address.

Reason for Data Collection - ACPI uses your information to 1) organize the event and 2) communicate with you about it. We may use this information to inform you of other products and services that may be of interest to you.
