This session will review Denise MacIver's interpretive action research study, framed in mixed methods inquiry, explored the effectiveness of distance education methodologies for hands-on practical skills training in the use of pocket ultrasound devices (PUDs) in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) environments. Results of the study will be presented, along with some pratical tips for sonographers to delve into research.
