This presentation is meant to bring the concept of The Hidden Agenda into sharp focus. Educators will be called to deeply consider the power that comes with their role, and the amount/extent of student-change that we are able to affect. As the healthcare community continues to experience rapid growth, it is imperative that all who are involved in training of future Sonographers be constantly mindful of what they are teaching - especially the lessons that are unintentional.

In this session, attendees will be led to: - Examine the student/professional interaction through an academic lens - Discuss the different types of student/professional interaction and their defining characteristics - Describe the Community of Practice and its potential impacts on the professional's career
