In this talk we will touch on the obstacles we are up against in daily echo exams ( Obesity, COPD, Vents, Post Op Incisions, Mobility etc) and how they can greatly affect the image quality of our echos, but also us as sonographers and ergonomics. We'll review some tips and tricks to help obtain better imaging by using the advanced technology of our machines/equipment, but also physical/ ergonomic changes we can do as sonographers during a TDS that will better the study quality and help us decrease the strain it puts on us physically.
