Reno Day

Reno Day
Thursday, April 11th, 2019
Ottawa Conference & Event Center

Professional renovators love to learn. You’d think they’d know everything there is to know about the business of renovating, but to the pros, learning is a habit. The greats know that to succeed you need to be continually learning about new products and new innovations. To grow your business, you need to continually develop and improve your business management skills.

RenoMark™ renovators are always taking advantage of new learning opportunities that are available through the program and GOHBA’s Renovator’s Council. . They stay on top of things on a regular basis.

This spring, for the first time ever, GOHBA is launching RENODAY - a symposium for renovators to improve their business management skills

This year’s RENODAY is April 11 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre at 200 Coventry Road, with an ambitious agenda that covers fundamentals for new and growing businesses, visioning and guiding tools for established renovators, and plenty of time for networking.

Although designed for RenoMark™ renovators, RENODAY is open to other renovators as well as students in construction programs (such as those offered at Algonquin College) so that everyone will get a chance to see the value for membership that RenoMark™ members receive.

RENODAY also gives participants the chance to learn about the very successful RenoTour held each year in Ottawa. Hosted by the Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association Renovators’ Council and the Ottawa RenoMark™ program, RenoTour is an insider’s view of the results of beautiful award-winning renovations. Each year renovators and homeowners agree to open their doors to the public in order to show people the latest in renovation projects. Proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Ottawa0.
