Jane Bertrand is Program Director at the Margaret and Wallace McCain Family Foundation Inc that focuses on early childhood education practices, policies and research and Adjunct Professor at OISE in the Flex Early Learning PhD program. In 2013, Jane received an honourary doctorate from the University of New Brunswick.
