Make Better Decisions for your Housing Co-op - Agency Self-Assessment Action Plan (Federal)
CMHC's Rental Assistance Program (FCHI-2) has introduced a new requirement - submitting an Action Plan every three years. Co-ops are using these Action Plans to set goals that will improve their won long0term operational practices while helping to strengthen the co-op housing sector. Discuss the five different focus areas where co-ops can set goals.

There are the procedures you must follow in your co-op, and then there is the process you must go through at the Landlord and Tenant Board. This workshop will provide a step-by-step overview of your co-op's internal procedures and a sobering look at what you can expect at the LTB once you decide to evict.
