System Overview

MyConference Suite's administrative back end can be accessed from the desystems.com website at http://www.desystems.com or directly on our secure server via https://events.myconferencesuite.com. A username and password are required to enter the administrative section. Once logged in you are brought to your home page with all your events displayed. The home page allows for easy access to all of your events along with various function of the administrative side. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a specific event, click on the shortcuts for modifying an event, viewing reports, and accessing the event builder. Another helpful shortcut is the ??? which will appear when you hover over an event. Once clicked on it allows quick access to the event dashboard, reports, email, finance, or check in.
