Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and myConferenceSuite reserves the right to change it at any time.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
10 X 10 Package: Deposit of $5,000 (CAD) plus GST (5 %) + QST (9,975 %) upon confirmation – non-refundable
10 X 20 Package: Deposit of $7,500 (CAD) plus GST (5 %) + QST (9,975 %) upon confirmation – non-refundable
A claim for deposit will be submitted to confirm the registration, and a corresponding credit note must be issued on your part to put against this claim.
Deposit deadline is September 30, 2025.
A separate claim will be submitted for the outstanding balance, and a credit note must also be issued on your part against this balance claim.
The outstanding balance must be settled no later than February 12, 2026.
All Canadian companies soliciting partnership & exhibition prices are subject to GST & QST (where applicable).
Accepted payment modes is only credit note against your account balance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations requests must be sent in writing to Exhibition Management Team at: mpower@master.ca. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
EXHIBIT REGULATIONS
EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY The information required to compile the Exhibitors directory will be furnished by the Exhibitor, in the extent of its responsibility thereof, in the time frame specified by the Management. The Management will in no case be held responsible for omissions, errors of typesetting, reproduction or other that might occur. The Management may refuse any addition or modification of wording which is not in accordance with the general guidelines or that which may cause prejudice to other exhibitors or to the Event itself.
ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL Exhibitor advertising and promotion will not be permitted outside of the exhibitor’s assigned space. All Exhibitor promotions must be authorized in advance by Management.
DEMONSTRATIONS Exhibitor demonstrations should not interfere with normal traffic flow nor infringe on neighboring exhibits. No demonstrations will be permitted outside of the exhibitor’s assigned space.
FACILITY REGULATIONS Exhibitors are required to abide by all facility regulations in the design installation, operation and dismantlement of their exhibit stands. A complete description of electrical, fire, labor and property regulations will be listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION The distribution or serving of food or beverages in exhibition booths is not permitted.
LIABILITY The Exhibitor agrees to hold the Management non-liable from any obligation in respect of damages, claims, judgments and legal fees arising out of any damage or loss of property, injury or death relating to the use of the rented space.
BOOTH LOCATION The allocation of booths is the sole responsibility of Management. The Exhibitor may transmit their preferences, but Management reserves full responsibility for space allocation.
RESTRICTIONS OF EXHIBITS The organizers reserve the right to; (a) reject for any reason any exhibit application submitted, (b) reject prohibit, restrict or otherwise require modification of any exhibit for any reason, and (c) evict any exhibitor whose exhibit, materials or conduct is determined to be objectionable for any reason.
INSURANCE The Exhibitor shall obtain the necessary insurance coverage against property loss or damage, personal injury and death, as well as any liability arising therefrom (minimum 2 million dollars). This insurance certificate must cover the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
EVENT CANCELLED If the Event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Management, the Management shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor and shall have no other liability to the Exhibitor than the refund of that portion of the rent actually received.
Photographic Release
Registrant does hereby grant and convey unto Master Group all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Master Group during the registrant’s attendance at MPower Summit 2025 including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
Waiver of Liability
Master Group, Area Agency Inc, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and organizations, maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, train, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of the program, because all of these suppliers are independent contractors. Master Group, Area Agency Inc, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and organizations, shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to:
By any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act of omission on the part of any of these suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors
By any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product or accommodations which is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of these suppliers
By any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person beyond the direct control of Master Group and Area Agency Inc. respectively.
