Registration for one day includes:

  • Welcome plenary and cocktail on Monday, April 27th (start time: 4PM). Pre-conference sessions on Monday, April 27th(12-3.30 PM).

    Two full conference days on Tuesday, April 28th and Wednesday, April 29th, including light breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch.

Are you an early-career investigator? Join this pre-conference meeting on the afternoon of Monday April 27 (12-3:00PM) led by the US Deprescribing Research Network (USDeN).*

The goal of this meeting is to build research career development skills and expand your network—designed for students, postdocs, and early faculty from around the world.

*Please note that other pre-conference sessions will take place on Monday, April 27. Registration for these sessions will open in January 2026.

Refund Policy

  • $50 CAD non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Full refund (minus $50 CAD administrative fee) if registration is cancelled within 7 days of booking and more than 2 months before the conference (i.e., before February 26, 2026 – 11:59PM Eastern Time Zone).
  • 50% refund if cancelled up to 30 days before the conference (i.e., on or before March 27, 2026 – 11:59PM Eastern Time Zone).
  • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before the conference (i.e., on or after March 28, 2026 – 11:59PM Eastern Time Zone).
