Description:

This participatory workshop will be an introduction to preventing and managing escalation and conflict in housing co-ops. Examples will be drawn from common board challenges and from co-ops with diverse members. Some tools for effective board decision - making and negotiation will also be introduced. Participants will be encouraged to practice the techniques and tools presented.
