This interactive day of learning covers the foundational information every housing co-op manager needs to know. We will start with the co-op principles, then move on to the core management standards for housing co-ops and finish the day discussing the importance of good customer service in housing co-ops. The day will be structured so you have plenty of time to network and learn from each other. During the lunch break we will be joined by keynote speaker Amanda Rocheleau to talk about self-care and the importance your health has on your effectiveness in the workplace. Whether you are new to co-op housing management or looking to refresh your skills, this course has something for everyone.
