The members of the Family Network are excited to reconvene to engage in continued efforts and conversations on topics important to families and Children’s Healthcare Canada’s members including the value that caregiver experiences can provide in the planning, support, and evaluation of pediatric health systems.

This session will engage attendees in discussions on the intersection of roles between family partners and our pediatric health systems, including peer support, planning and coordination of care for improved patient outcomes and experiences. Digital stories will highlight families’ journeys in the healthcare system, and how caregiver expertise and experience can be harnessed to achieve high-performing health systems for children!
