The youth panel will take a deep dive into the lived experience of transitioning to adult care. Composed of a diverse group of youth, including those who are on the verge of transition to those who have landed in the adult world, this panel will provide differing points of view of what is currently working and the changes that are needed to improve transition. Youth will also share their insights on solutions to some of the most frustrating challenges they have faced/are facing.
