The BC Children's Hospital Tour will be an inspiring and educational experience, taking attendees on a comprehensive journey through the hospital's facilities and operations. The tour will begin just outside the Hyatt Regency Vancouver lobby doors, where attendees will meet their tour host and board the BCCH Tour designated bus at 4:15 PM. This bus will take them to the BC Children's Hospital located at 4800 Oak Street in Vancouver, where they will arrive at 4:25 PM.

Once arrived, the attendees will be greeted by valet ambassadors, pet therapy greeters, and nutritional refreshments, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. Following this, attendees will make their way to the Chan Auditorium for a reception at 4:35 PM.

The reception will begin with a greeting from Elders and executives, followed by an inspirational program featuring videos and storytelling, setting the stage for an educational and inspiring tour of the hospital. After the program, attendees will be split into 12-13 tour groups assigned by number, led by BCCH leader hosts, volunteers, and patient/family representatives. The tour route will include the Teck Acute Care Centre, Sunny Hill facilities, patios, gardens, sibling support centre, cutting-edge technology in care spaces, BCCH Emergency Department, playrooms, classrooms, both in and outpatient areas, as well as a stop at the Ronald McDonald House.

Throughout the tour, the attendees will be treated to inspiring stories and detailed explanations of the hospital's mission and operations. They will be left in awe of the facilities, staff, and patients they encountered. The tour is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the hospital's commitment to cutting-edge care and support for children.
