Children’s Healthcare Canada is on a mission to Right-Size the Child and Youth Health System.

Our vison is for children, youth and their families to have timely, simple access to an integrated system of the health services and benefits they need, flexible to each family’s needs, that enables the best outcomes for every child, youth and family in Canada.

We will be hearing from individuals and organizations across the healthcare continuum to discover what a truly right sized system looks like for everyone. With children and families at the core – a foundation will be set to develop list of core recommendations to right-size the system for greatest impact on child youth and family health and wellbeing.

In this session we will hear what this means for all aspects of healthcare and ask you to weigh in on the discussion.

We are honoured to have the following speakers on the stage:

Dr. Javed Alloo, Family Physician, Clinical Lead for Primary Care Integration for Practising Well at the Ontario College of Family Physicians.

Mr. Richard Pass, Chief Executive Officer, Ronald McDonald House Charities, British Columbia & Yukon

Dr. Erik Skarsgaard Co-Director Of Centre For Surgical Research, Department Of Surgery, UBC | Surgeon In Chief And Active Staff, BC Children’s Hospital
