  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

All cancellations must be submitted in advance in writing to Cancellations received on or before November 5, 2021 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will NOT be refunded. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Session hosts are key to ensuring the success of Congress! Duties include welcoming and supporting session speakers, welcoming session attendees, providing delegates with important housekeeping reminders. Must be comfortable using technology and speaking in front of large audiences. Further details will be provided to you leading up to the event.

The delegate notebook will be available digitally, with a limited number of printed copies available on request. It will include information on Speakers and Sessions, a Delegate List and Sponsor info. We will open requests for printed copies in the fall.
