Firefox

  1. In the FireFox address bar, type about:config.
  2. Look for the javascript.enabled setting.
  3. Set it to true by right-clicking and pressing toggle.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet Zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
  4. If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/javascript.
  2. Adjust the toggle so that javascript is allowed.
  3. Close the Settings tab and Refresh the page.

 

CNSA Membership

Welcome to CNSA’s online membership system.

In order to register your chapter for the 2025–2026 membership term, please select Membership Registration below.

If you are planning to pay by credit card, please have the card with you before you begin.

You will also need the following information for your chapter school (if applicable):

  • Name of School
  • Address of School
  • Name of Dean/ Director/ Chair
  • Email of Dean/ Director/ Chair
  • Name(s) of President of Nursing Student Society or Group
  • Email address of President of Nursing Student Society or Group
  • Name, address, phone number, personal email of each Official and Associate Delegate

You will also need to provide the exact number of full-time and part-time undergraduate, diploma and bridging or direct students registered at your institution as of December 1, 2025.

  • Number of Full-time diploma students ($11.00)
  • Number of Part-time diploma students ($7.00)
  • Number of Full-time undergraduate students ($11.00)
  • Number of Part-time undergraduate students ($7.00)

Please note: the associate fee listed is the price per student.

Schools with collaborative programs
Each chapter in a collaborative program is responsible for accurately reporting the number of students associated with their institution. When calculating membership fees, include all students registered at your institution, regardless of the campus or location they attend.

Schools with multiple chapters
Each campus must complete a separate membership registration form. Fees may be submitted jointly as invoices under the selected payment method. To request a group invoice, contact membership@cnsa.ca.

A membership form for each chapter school must be submitted that includes their Official Delegate (OD) and Associate Delegate (AD) to ensure voting rights at National Assembly.

New Chapters
In order to assist new chapters, if your school is a new member or is in the second year of membership, you are responsible for only remitting 50% of the fees. It is suggested that you collect the full fees but use the remainder of the fees to assist students at your school to attend conferences.
