LaDonna Sanders Redmond is a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant with Columinate, an American consulting co-operative serving mission-driven organizations, including food co-ops, electric co-ops, healthcare organizations, credit unions, schools and non-profits. She was a diversity and community engagement manager with the Seward Community Co-op as well as CEO and president of the Institute for Community Resource Development, which works to restore the local food system in urban communities. She holds an MBA in Co-operative Management and Credit Unions from St. Mary’s University.
