Karen Brodeur is CHF Canada’s Regional Manager, Atlantic. She has worked from coast to coast in the co-op housing sector and brings more than 20 years of leadership expertise as well as experience in amalgamations, governance, operations and growing the sector. In 2013, she graduated with a Master of Management, Co-operatives and Credit Unions from Saint Mary’s University, completing her thesis on scale and housing co-operatives. Since then, she helped establish Compass Nova Scotia and is a founding board member.
