Sokchiveneath Taing Chhoan is the Socio-Economic Development Senior Manager at the Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec (FCNQ), where he has held several positions during his 29 years there. He is a member of the Chartered Administrators Order of Quebec and recently graduated from Saint Mary's University with a Master of Management of Co-operatives and Credit Unions. He has served on many boards, including the Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité, Desjardins and the Société de coopération pour le développement international.
