Dave Howard is CHF Canada’s Program Manager, Financial Planning Services. He works closely with co-op boards and staff to identify financial and building needs and develop long-term plans to address them. Dave has worked in the co-op housing sector for the last 25 years, both as a co-op manager and as Manager, Operations at The Agency for Co-operative Housing.
