Description:

This presentation focuses on the elements of high quality feedback and how constructive feedback can be used to positively impact the learning experience for students that are completing clinical placements. The presentation will include example scenarios and opportunities to practice these feedback skills in a controlled environment.

Objectives:

• Analyze the principles of constructive feedback to model professional integrity in clinical interactions with students
• Formulate strategies for resolving conflicts effectively with healthcare professionals, in alignment with CAMRT BPG standards.
• Evaluate and integrate methods of interprofessional collaboration to foster supportive learning environments for students, as per CAMRT BPG guidelines
