Off-label scanning is becoming increasingly common in MR departments throughout the country, placing MRTs at the forefront of critical decision making. What role do MRTs play in the approval and scanning of these devices and how can they advocate for patient safety while navigating complex clinical scenarios? This session will use real-world case studies to foster discussion on potential barriers, risk mitigation strategies and the importance of the MRT voice in off-label scanning.
