Objectives:

• Understanding the unique features of venous thrombogenesis and implications for treatment.
• To discuss the new nomenclature for pelvic venous disorders (PeVD).
• Reaching the diagnosis of non-thrombotic versus thrombotic PeVD and review of post-thrombotic syndrome.
• Understanding the multi-disciplinary approach in managing patients with complex PeVD.
• Review of SIR guidelines of endovascular management for acute DVT and chronic iliofemoral venous obstruction.
