Description:

• Identify who represents the neurodiverse community and illustrate some of the behaviours within this community.
• Recall the barriers we face as technologists when treating a special needs patient and compose methods to support a neurodivergent patient.
• Demonstrate communication skills to support and build a relationship with the caregiver.

This session will be 50 minutes (40 minute presentation with 10 minutes of Q&A)
