Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of all cancellations must be received in writing. Before March 15, 2019, if you must cancel your registration, three options are available:
1) Your registration may be carried forward for you to attend the 2020 conference (subject to a $250.00 administration fee)
2) Your registration fees may be refunded (less a $250.00 administration fee).
3) Your registration may be transferred to a colleague within your organization at any time (less a $75 administration fee).
As of March 15, 2019, there will be no refunds or carry-forwards. No-shows forfeit the full registration fee.
D.E Systems Terms and Conditions
D.E. Systems' Event Registration System (ERS) is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by ERS will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.
When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as name badge production, processing credit card payments or providing customer service, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and ERS right to change it at any time.
